Who is going to be buying billions of worthless shares?

The only investors that would wish to do so would be those holding short positions at a much higher level. At present, there are no short positions here. Even if one wishes to establish a short position, there has to be a buyer picking up the short sells.

Immediately with a RS, any position is equal in value to what it was immediately before the RS. A RS only works to the advantage of investors, short or long, if the company has something to support the increased SP. If not, the SP will tumble once again. That certainly happens in many cases. Sometimes it is a pure result of new short positions being taken with a conclusion that the company will continue to fail.

Effectively, this is a new start-up. Whether or not Filmrookie will ever be successful remains to be seen. I certainly will not chase unless I know more. GLTA

It appears the lender is getting more than just shares--shares plus the debt to br paid later if the company is successful. You can bet they have little risk and will CTA.
