mahatmapaul...that is the information I have been trying to source on D&D Displays exact circumstance as it curently stands. What is the time period between August 2, 2011 when the lien was attached to their D&D's property and the time at which the IRS will move on a levy and collection? The definitions and case historys I have studied are all over the place...from 30 days to six months as you mentioned. The only recurring theme is as you also mentioned, the more aggregious and blatant the criminal act, the faster they will act to collect. And as you correctly point out, large, ongoing, knowing 941 misappropriations by corporate officers like that of Brown and Harrs is right up at the top of that list. Is there a definition that states it has to be "at least 60 days" or do they act on what they feel is an appropriate time period having been allowed to either a) make full restitution or b) satisfactoriliy explain why the lien was a mistake and why it should be lifted. TIA. IMHO.
