I'd like to start the board with a short comment on today's action in the broad market. Today we have experienced a steep drop across the board, with the DOW down over 400 pts early in the day. I know that it can be difficult to sift through the wild market we are currently in, but knowing what and when sell and buy doesn't have to be overwhelming.

Take a moment and look away from the market to reflect on the 'why' behind the wild swing today. use the answers you find to help you decide whether or not to buy or sell. Put aside your ramped up emotions that are tempting you to make impulse decisions. Decisions made from a position of Fear will nearly always bring regret later on.

Good luck and let wisdom be your guide, not emotion.
