Shiva says:

#1. Tivus is NOT providing WiFi, TVs or anything else, hardware-wise, at the Philly property. Tivus REPLACED Lodgenet there, and all the work that was done was to make sure that the equipment (cables, TV, networks etc.) could interface fully with the technology that Tivus provides. It was able to.

#2. Tivus is NOT providing wireless or WiFi, or has anything to do with wireless or WiFi, quite frankly, to the Philly property. The Marriott there and its WiFi/wireless partner, SuperClick, control that. All revenues from wireless/WiFi, are handled between the Marriott and SuperClick.

BUT: Any future hotels/properties beyond Philly will benefit from the Tivus technology in a way that allows Tivus to provide a WiFi package to a guest's smartphone, laptop, iPad etc. anywhere on the property. This will be done through TVs, which will provide a wireless interface to all those various devices. Naturally, Tivus should be getting a cut of all that action, so to speak.

#3. Today's PR about the revolutionary (and it really is revolutionary) technology package Tivus is offering hotels -- e-SmartRoom -- has nothing whatsoever to do with the June PR.

-- With the rollout offering of e-SmartRoom, Tivus is offering hotels a complete package of Tivus' proprietary technology platform, at absolutely no cost to participating hotels. That includes TVs, content...the works. This is something never before offered in the hotel entertainment industry, folks, and Tivus -- and only Tivus -- is able to deliver it. That's a significant market edge.

-- Tivus is able to do this (and we're talking 1 million to 2 million worth of hardware, software, services etc.) because its ad revenue model is going to be able to provide Tivus the ability to handle everything from A to Z. Tivus won't be beholden to a hotel to purchase TVs or anything, nor will it have to work off a hotel's purchasing schedule. That will greatly speed up start-up to final installation and operation schedules.

REVENUES: Tivus' ability to direct target-based advertising -- as I've pointed out before -- will be exceptional. Such targeted advertising will be location-based, and each user of the Tivus system will be presented with an array of advertising, products and services that will be more-and-more fine-tuned to that user as he/she makes use of the Tivus system throughout his/her stay at a Tivus-equipped property.

**As a result, advertising revenues as we've been "blue skying" them, may be an order of magnitude above what we've been bouncing off of each other, but that's just my opinion right at this moment, and based off what I know about these sorts of technologies.

LASTLY: Shiva has agreed to make himself available for my phone calls so that he can answer questions you might have of him as regards Tivus tech, Tivus going forward and so forth. He asked that I serve as a sort of liaison for the time being and I agreed to do so. He can't take 40 million calls a day, but he said I should feel free to call him when needed.
