To answer your question look on level 2 and if ETMM is the only buyer then if you sell your shares, you are selling them to this MM.
If there are two buyers, ETMM likely will be the second buyer to be filled as retail buyers in theory are supposed to be filled before institutional buyers.
The point is, until ETMM shares are bought up and until ETMM is starved out by not selling to them on the BID, ETMM looks like a one person show with a sophisticated technique to steal from the investors and the company unabated.
It might be time to contact FINRA's fraud division about this. Everyone should write a letter to PAT CLEM at pat.clem@FINRA.org and in their own words, describe what is going on here, including the user names of those on this board who verbally trash TADF
