Hmm thats weird to me, both you and snake have no issues yet a customer with the same broker has an issue and no one at Etrade can get to the bottom of this.

I asked a supervisor again and he said there is no possible way anyone with an etrade account could be showing any record of the new ticker symbol in their account and absolutely no one who purchased shares under the old ticker could be trading them under the new ticker with Etrade.

I then pressed him and said, "so those claiming to be able to trade are lying?"

He responded uncomfortably with stuttering, so I asked again and he said "They cannot be using Etrade."

I'm not calling anyone a liar, but if you or snake could IDK take a snap shot, I'd love to call him back and say "fix my problem, now!"
