Just got off the phone... Incredibly unhelpful and uninformed person...

The lady told me this.. They were waiting on the company to give the approval to allow trading on the new ticker name. It can take anywhere from 2-4 days or 2 weeks, sometimes longer. As to the trades yesterday and the temporary name change, she couldn't speak to that...
