NYSE just invoked rule 48...limit down?

SD - I used to do that getting in and out in 3 hours or 3 minutes..this is a no..no...you will end up loosing more than you make....imagine how much opportunity you missed if you got out in 3 hours rather 12 days....in the last down draft
