No, its talking about any future cash dividend from revenues here, not the stock dividend. The stock dividend is going to shareholders from Dec 31, 2010 only. But all shareholders would participate in the cash dividend if they ever issued one: 97% of each $1 for each class A share, and 3% of each $1 for each class B share (current shareholders).
