The lightning of genius! Thus he patented it. From then on all others who wanted to make and sell wheels had to pay the inventor and patent holder a royalty fee. In honor and respect to his inventors patent rights!
The same for GreenShift inventors of their Method and Process of Backend Corn Oil Extraction. Before them there was none, then they invented it and patented it. Unfortunately others have made and used the patented method without honoring the inventor and patent holder with proper legal licensing and payment of royalties.
Thus they are being sued.
