Interesting observation. I am in another position at this time in which I am all but certain that one or more players hold up to and more than 25% of the float. That is a powerful position to be in and so long as shorting is not the objective, may work out quite well for longs. The problem is that one never knows the true intentions of the large bag holders. This can obviously be a big problem.

FLTT is very convoluted, what with the 90% plus slide for most bag holders, even with the many who jumped ship, and the ability to pick up so many of those shares on the way down and now at the bottom with more shares being dumped into the matrix at bargain basement value.

Now, I say bottom basement value presupposing that the value at 18 to 21 is in fact a bargain. I happen to think it is. I also happen to know that I can be wrong. As others note, what in fact is the game, the intent, where are we going here?

I have a comfort zone in not having any principal invested now. Only a free ride. So my risk tolerance can be somewhat more tolerant than if I had principal riding. I positioned myself in this way due to the fact that I am dealing with an unproven venture with such variables in their financing and dilution that I am uncertain as to how all of this will shake out.

That does not mean that I am paranoid about being invested in FLTT, only that I am conservatively optimistic. I look to reinvest more as we go forward. But I want to see what forward is all about first and gain some confidence even at the cost of price points.

Everyone has their own agenda and trading skills and I am no one to advise another. Thus my IMO disclaimers suggesting that folks do their own duh duh ("DD") and even seek out professional help if they think that they need it. Frankly, anyone playing in the microcaps may need professional help. But it is an incredible sport, you might say a breakfast of champions!
