It hasn't been years ago this company has been losing money up to the most recent quarterly report and my guess is the quarterly report this will be released shortly will be the same. So yes, so far it has only been past management that lost money. We have no idea what kind of sales or expenses the new management is working with now in Q3. To put it nicely the past management p'ed-off a lot of investors and the new mangement has to deal with that fairly or unfairly. That is why a company with all the good things you mention is trading at this level. No matter what is said people still think they might not follow through on all their deals. So it is either a steal at this price or an inexpensive lottery ticket that could bring you boom or bust.
