It is commonly known that any lawsuit is going to affect a company in some way. Whether it is a short or long term affect is up for discussion and personal opinion; however, the affect is obvious!

If MMTE is legit it may be an intentional drop in PPS for no other purpose than being cautious regarding the outcome of the lawsuit. The flip side of this is the drop in PPS is due to the lawsuit and the huge amount of selling that has been seen (almost endless amount of shares being sold).
