Bigmoon, the idea of selling the entire company to a F500 so that the F500 can maintain control of distribution, it still would make sense for MZEI to evaluate the potential sale of the parts so as to lever the F500 price. Again, this is where the banker would come in. I know, that's getting to be an old saw folks don't want to hear.
