So current stockholders may still be offered some kind of Warrent at somepoint? Or at least it's a possiblity to get some sort of offer? What it will be if it's even offered is to be determined.

Well in any case, if there is no benefit and shareholders of 2011 and are left by the waste side owning class B shares I guess the positive is if this company prevails the losses will have at least gone to a good cause.
