New CFO, when did the filings come out on that or the PR? You do know they have to file that right? Do you have some insider info you can share?

Where is the current contact information listed on the website? The ones on there now are disconnected. Maybe you as the moderator could update the ibox or sticky that for us and we could have better communication with FSPM before the hornet's nest gets stirred up like it is now. A PR from the new CFO would be even better.

There are scam companies that file all the time, how else would that get listed? Pump and Dump is the much better nomenclature for this.

Whatever you want to call it shareholder or investor, does not matter. They have the investors, oh wait, shareholders money. And BTW, negative or positive, you can say anything you want about a company but never the board members or you are violating the TOS. So your opinions about someone on this board should be kept to yourself.
