"AH Trades on OTC explained"

These are unsettled trades. OTC markets DO NOT trade afterhours like the NASDAQ. Any "trades" you see after 4pm on OTC stocks are unsettled trades from earlier in the day. Its just the books being cleared, so any "missed" trades get booked after 4pm. None of the action after 4pm on OTC has any affect on the actual share price going forward.
