In my experience the average pinkie that is active and puts out news has a $2 Million Market Cap... The average OTCBB company that is active and puts out news has a $4 Million Market Cap.

Even at $2 Million this is a 4 bagger. That makes this a value play.

But, the mines here are what can turn this into a colossal winner.
