a pink is not a small cap, its a pink, a shell most of the time.
KRMC's tanking had NOTHING to do with the economy, and EVERYTHING to do with dilution...they got financing, man. It's what happens down here. i think anything position under .0007 will get at least 50% gains out of this thing.
They need some incredibly fundamental news to push this to .01...
You have to remember, when you bought at .04, there were a lot less shares outstanding than there are now. A LOT less.
If there were 100 shares at 5$ each making the company worth (market cap) 500$, and they decided to dilute 900 shares to make a total of 1000 shares outstanding....the price isn't going to stay at 5$, the market cap will, so the price will go down to $0.50 a share... $0.50 x 1000 is 500 and $5.00 x 100 is 500...its all math
