I do know what you are saying, and I do agree. I am coming from a perspective that is pure neophyte as an investor. I own my own company and have no investors. I do sell working interests and I have to abide by blue-sky laws in order to secure my investors without having to register with exchanges and all. I cannot mislead them, though some will allege that I have when a certain investment fails (that's for you Hawk, when you try to libel Parent) and I have been sued on more than one ocassion. But all I am trying to do is make money. If I make money, my investors make money. All I am trying to say is that SNEY needs to keep its focus on production and do it right. You are absolutely right, it owes us a fiduciary duty to communicate with us and to do right by us. But we have to understand like only Dredge can, and that is, SNEY operates in an area where government and quasi-government entities can make life miserable for the haves, and we can't possibly know all of the security implications in that country. If you look at the history of gold production in SL, you'll see that most of the gold mined there was smuggled out of country rather than sold in markets like we are accustomed to. By far, most of the gold. Now they are beginning to do it right and still a lot of the gold is smuglled out. By the way, I like and respect Dredge, but I bet that he is half pirate and a great adventurer, but at the same time he is someone I would feel comforatable doing business with because he projects an honor about him. I get the feeling SNEY would rather not give out information for security reasons and when Parent gives out information he tries to make the inquiring parties happy and he gets in trouble because he gives out time-frames that SNEY can't possibly meet because he doesn't want to disappoint. Better to say nothing at all and let the production do all the talking. It's a fine line he's walking and like everone here, I think I have a better way of doing it, but I am not there walking in his shoes. But until it can provide security for its product, can get it to market consistently, or build itself up to a company that can sell out to a Newmont or significant other, we get what we got.
