If I'm reading their financials correctly they should currently have around 24.8M O/S. I'm not sure what the current Float is, but if it's anywhere around what Yahoo Finance states as of [June 30, 2011] for a total of 14.24M - that definitely makes Mitek Systems an attractive buy. I beleive once the all the problems with the economy start to settle down the true value will show... But no telling when that will happen.
