I strongly suggest that the false statements being posted on this board (specifically, one person) stop immediatly as Micheal Anthony has been officially notified. The facts about TVCE are as follows: TVCE is a clean shell, & a prime candidate for a Reverse Merger. TVCE has up-to-date filings, & is currently in 'Good Standing'. TVCE is also M. Anthony's last & only shell you can purchase in the .000's-- but definitely not for long : )
