Never heard of a Mongolia thing. But if there was, doesn't that bespeak to Dan's remarkable diversity? His ability to use his EIGHT Chinese dialects to scope out the best deals? Is there anywhere this guy WON'T go? :)

Honest answer on the Island? You bet I believed in that deal. I can tell you as a property owner and investor, I liked the terms he had negotiated very, very much. That is exactly why I invested in ASPZ to begin with. That was a prime piece of property on which Dan had the option for a song!

Now, had I known the real estate market was going to collapse on such a grand scale, I might of done things differently. I, for one, am not going to blame Dan McKinney for that! LOL. In fact, I'm going to give him praise for keeping the company alive through those dark times all the while working his butt off to shift gears and create shareholder value. That's impressive IMO and why I have hung on this entire time.

Now, it seems, he has finally found something of potentially great value and he is moving on it like a bat out of hell.

Bottomline, Slo, this guy has integrity. It's in his actions and in his words (should you ever have the pleasure to speak with him).
