Good question. Well, if you do the math the stock is a littlle low but not by much. The company doesn't have any sustainable income from sells yet. Everything is based on potential.

As of yet, we have no finance deal, no manufacturer to produce it, no deal to sell it, and no results.

With that said if the D-Bar finanace deal is approved (including reducing dilution from convertible bonds), the JV with the chicago based manufacturer signed, and positive results from testing in detroit come through then a great deal of potential will be added driving this stock much higher. How high is anyones guess.

With all that said they still need to sell the product. This is where substantial value to the shareholder will ultimately be added.

The above mentioned other than sells is supposed to be finalized in the next couple months. Until then we will just have to wait and see.

Still a lot of ifs and they are big. Company doesn't have the best history and is relying on new management to put confidence back into the company. Some believe them others don't. The decision is always on you.

They are planning on moving from the pk to qx in the OTC and ultimately to a real market all together. I am sure this is a requirement as part of the finance deal. Most investors want transperancy and at the pk level you do not have it. If all the above can happen and enough value can get added then moving it to a real market is feasible.
