Let me refresh your memory.

It wasn't that the deal was a prudent pullback, so much as the fact that the deal was dropped after announcing it was a done deal without ever telling shareholders and yet acting like it was all along.

Shareholders didn't find out it was dropped until months later through the filing. Do you recall how shocked we were to discover that?
