These are excerpts from Oil & Sutton's interview posted on pinksheets.com. Just skip to the bold part if you want.
Somebody explain it to me please.

Question: You have just announced that „plans are in the works? for Go800 LLC and GoBox to merge this summer. Please tell us what you envision the end result to be: how do you see the merging of the two entities „adding value? to GoIP Global Inc.? Do you see the Go800 and GoBox services complementing one another, or do you see one or the other providing the bulk of future growth? If Mr. Rafuse is to head up the merged „operating company?, what do you foresee your role being going forward, will you still be the CEO of the publicly-traded parent company, GoIP Global Inc.?

IHS Answer: We are currently working on a definitive agreement, and once signed, they will be announced. We see these services complementing each other and certain management synergies exist in order to reduce overhead. John Rafuse will be the CEO of the merged entity with full marketing and operations responsibility and I will remain on the Board of Directors.

Question: I would suggest that, presently, the „value? of GoIP Global is almost exclusively in the potential of Go800 and GoBox. Regardless of the proposed merger of the two, would you ever consider a buyout or sale of GoIP Global Inc. in its entirety and, if so, would that include any and all rights to the proprietary technologies (or processes) held by its subsidiaries?

IHS Answer: I will never say never, but at the moment it is still very early for a buyout that will result in the financial numbers that we all are anticipating. GoIP value will considerably increase when we have large number registrants of GO800 users. So our focus must be for new registrants and greater usage of the GO800 platform.

So what does this mean? The question is replied to after he talks about the merger(spinoff) He's spunoff Go800 to the thing he calls GoCom. So how does "GoIP value" "considerably increase when we have large number registrants of GO800 users" if Go800 belongs totally to the thing they now call GoCOM and GoIP owns none of it?

What the...? Explain me please. This is some serious Sutton speak here even though the rest of it doesn't sound like he wrote it.
