There are so many details when a cpmpany wants to take over another and the fact that he has gotten this far tells me he has done a lot.

I totally agree that as shareholders we need to be updated in more detail but it is a double edge sword until the company to be aquired releases consent to do so - it could kill the whole deal.

The fact that they called the customers means the customers know more than us but there could be fear that shareholders would call with a ton of questions if it was released.

I would love a webinar with shareholders and Kuni but he is a soft spoken man and I think that forum scares him a bit and his english isnt perfect and I think that is part of the reason as well.

This is not how I would handle information in this situation but he does things his way and is entitled to as it is his show ...
Maybe one day you will see one of my companies listed on the pinks :)
