I think it is time this board start a watch on the MMs who are only there to make "their trades". The MMs have access to L3 and there the stop orders are displayed. I fugure on Monday a number of "investors" placed stops on there holding to protect from bad news. I believe some MMs used these stops to their advantage to "short down" PCFG and pick up some "fast bucks" knowing the list of "stop triggers" would cause even more "panic" decline. I do not have access to L3 but I would sure like to know if that was the case.
