dskarpus - Sounds like a plan. Yes, if the company does not show any real progress by end of year, besides buying a basement in Hong Kong, I will plan on EITHER dumping the investment OR taking part in what you describe; flying to China to instill a little good 'ol fashioned American business acumen!! Indeed, it seems management needs a good 'ol kick in the a$$.
First thing I would do is get them to HIRE a competent software dev team, those various e-commerce sites could be coded and done with pro graphics/etc in less than a month, I know I used to be a software dev. Tsk
Awww, I would have attended the convention but already did my Vegas summer vacation earlier this summer, traveling again now.
BTW, doubled up on the Roulette wheel!! Yep, life, investing, its all a game and if a participant is not willing to just lose it all and 'play russian roulette' with his/her 'money' then it is the wrong game for that kind of person.
