I find it interesting that CMEY hired virmmac.com to promote their stock on Aug. 5th, the 15-15D was signed by CEO Paul Matthews on Aug 10th, 15-15D was filed today Aug. 16th.

IMO they wouldn't hire a promotion company if they planned to go dead. I believe they are taking steps, one at a time, before a major merger is announced. I think they are setting up to make a huge run beginning with a PR to explain the reasoning for the 15-15D filing. Soon we will all see.
