At this point it ultimately depends on how one feels about MMTE. There is some reason the PPS is dropping - it may be a combination of factors.

You also have to keep in mind that MMTE does not have any concessions, CLIL does.

One must consider that prior to the land acquisitions and subsidiary announcement the PPS peaked and has only went lower with each and every single PR/Financial filing.

If one considers MMTE to be legit it could be somehow due to the lawsuit - basically if there is some basis to the suit there could be a push to keep the PPS low until the suit is resolved.
