The statement from Brian was that a media blitz would be coming but MMTE was not paying for it - it was being paid by a third party.

Do I expect them to do it for free - absolutely not!

Do I expect MMTE to do the actual media blitz - absolutely not!

But what I do expect is the information obtained from MMTE be reliable and trustworthy. So that can only mean either Brian was not accurate when he stated MMTE was not paying for it OR there are 2 media blitz's coming.
