I would expect management will put out a PR detailing future plans very soon. If not, I could see this filing causing a mass exodus caused by fear of the unknown here at CMEY. I can assume others, like myself, would take advantage of lower prices if we get them.

IMO, The 23 shareholders of record is misleading, due to large brokers being counted as only 1. This could just be the news we've all been hoping and waiting for. I think we will have a clearer picture soon. No news for a month now, next PR could be HUGE.

BTW, I was thinking the exact same thing when I read the Rule 12g-4b description. While it is purely speculation at this point, IMO a merger could be the reason for this 15-15D. Im keeping my fingers crossed.
