It's been "undervalued" all the years I've followed this company.

Makes you wonder.

Btw, it's at an all-time low, going back to 2002.

Nothing has changed except for the lawsuit. People seem to be pinning their hopes on this recent development.

I wouldn't expect any action on that front for a very long time.
