You really haven't grasped the magnitude of this have you?
Had you purchased 500,000,000 shares of EVXA before 3/11/10, you would now be holding ONE SHARE of EVXA.
On what do you base this opinion? What is his background? All I can find is Creationworks, which as far as I can tell, is purely a name on paper. It probably cost him all of $250 tops to file the paperwork.
What in the entire history of this paper charade of a company makes you think that they will "cancel certs"?
On their last "Quarterly disclosure statement"on 3/31/11 they had an outstanding share count of 41,306,391,024.
On 4/15/11 there was a 1:1000 reverse split.
Otcmarkets.com shows outstanding shares at 46,031,306,948 as of 6/30/11.
I suppose that those 45 billion shares were issued to acquire Creationworks. A company that exists, much like EVXA, on paper.
