Probably yes, it includes all insider shares. But I actually like the idea that there not taking out big loans to finance operations. If the OS is around 700mill to 1 bill then thay have raised about 30mill$$-if they issued and sold shares into the float around 0.04 pps (give or take a few cents.)
Now it's all about this product being profitable. So they are really going to push the marketing, push Bieber, and this is great for exposure and therefore other's wanting to buy the stock based on this exposure. I think the 'guns blazing' is going to start soon and everyone benefits-us, them, Bieber.
