Could you provide the proof that there was theft of shareholder property like the promoter at the other website states? I have yet to even see a police report, let alone a court filing.

And do yourself a favor...contact corporate counsel and request an inspection of the books. You may be a little unhappy at what transpired over the past 5 months versus what you were being fed at the other web site.
