good point. sounds like maybe a 3 prong approach, incoming cash, part of the sea world profits, and possibly a little debt for equity swap. but thats merely speculation for what "outside financing" might mean. could of diluted a little bonus shares in with the fotis mix, but who knows.. either way its irrelevant because they are talking about "past tense"

i.e. they already did it. just have to wait and see when those details are exposed. im betting debt equity swap though.
