The company has spent the last quarter working with a large international, institutional fund that is involved in the financing of our assets. They have requested to remain anonymous which the company and management respect. The are not a major shareholder and the company has an ongoing relationship for financing. We look forward to continuing working with them on increasing asset and shareholder value while we continue to look for more assets and partnerships.

No joint ventures have been hampered by the law suit. The law suit is frivolous and has had no bearing or effect on anything that we are doing. Nor shall it effect any shareholders.


The company has no plans for a reverse split, and any investors who have questions can call Brian or myself. A lot of negative and erroneous statements have been posted. We continue to grow the company and are focused on increasing shareholder value.
