Ipwginvestor, the thoughts lumped and piled against IPWG belong in a septic tank and the dirty buttholes that spit them need to be wiped clean. IPWG needs to open a small office in Italy and receive funding there. Don't the current policy makers rape people for thirty percent when wiring funds internationally? Could that be part of the problem? Do obstacles still exist that IPWG needs to overcome to receive funding?! If there are such obstacles, what are they? Here let me do this; "IPWG will receive 370M-USD in funding now *ALAKAZAM!!!"
