My point is that there is nothing saying Renfro is the CEO at all in any legal filings. Maybe they gave him shares, however, as was found Renfro is on board to 'find acquisitions'. Not be the CEO as far as we know. As you said, Working for, but not running the company as far as I can tell. All imo.
