The Daic parties still have time to roll the dice. Will they try to settle or go for broke, that is the question. In my estimation they have more to lose than gain. They do not have a solid case since a jury will be deciding it this time, unlike all the other cases. And guess what, Markle is still on the case.

So here's what we have. A jury trial that will probably be called within this two week docket period, an attorney that is focused on the case and a chance to take all of the Daic parties goodies. I suspect a settlement offer might be floating around right about now.
