This is GREAT NEWS. It goes back to the use of the word accretive in previous pr's. Accretive means the process of growth or enlargement by gradual buildup. As for the HNSS, to be accretive, it means the acquiring company will report higher earnings after aquiring another company.

Mr. Black has obviously been busy for months on this. Diversification is a good thing.
