Sctts I think your post changed my mind. As bad as it is out there . There is a bunch of cash ready to invest in things like this. I also like the Idea of ITALY IS OUT . I liked the idea of a finance guy at the helm but that cuts both ways so what is done is done. we will never know the real story. That said, something has been hashed out in the board room that makes since for the company and they adjusted. That is a decicive decision made by reasonable board people hopefully for the benefit of the company and it's share holders......AMEN I Hope!
