** HOLD DOWN CANNOT CONTINUE **

Manipulation by MM's hold-down should not continue too much longer today. With such small volume being traded by them right now and with the assumption of orders being held back, it would be interesting to see for how long they can keep this up.

PPS has been steady since approx 1045hrs at .0194 to .0196 (now at 1129hrs).

Their strategy for tomorrow may be to drive down pps share down for tomorrow, unless they decide to drive pps up higher to unload tomorrow and accumulate the following day.
