They promised us full disclosure. Then within 3 days of the full disclosure report coming out they all of a sudden had an "offer" to buy the company. So yes in my opinion once the "offer" was pulled I could see them having a weekend to prepare and then reveal this full disclosure report. I could go back in the PRs if you like and tell this in HNSS' own words if it makes it easier to accept?
