Forgive me, Pandemonium, for asking such a dumb question....however, does the accumulated deficit on the consolidated B/S have to be repaid before this company can claim profits? And, I guess, how does Paid in Capital offset the accumulated deficit? PS - if you find my questions too dumb to answer then please direct me to a good place that I can research and learn and find answer's to my questions....
