I have averaged down - but it seems like each time I think we are at a bottom we continue to sink lower. I know we are holding at 9/10 right now but will not buy again until I see a more positive upward movement. I'm curious how the general market will take this latest filing - I will keep my eyes open tomorrow to see what happens.

Everything I post is my opinion nothing more.
