MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION- I believe if you read this you will see exactly where the company stands, where it is going, and some of the questions we have been asking.

I really like the open approach this company takes comunicating with its shareholders. It is apparent that we will not see results until the near end of the fouth quarter. This is more apparent as it is most likely tied to the JV agreement with chicago based manufacturer. Not what I was hoping for but at least an answer.

One of the best things I heard them state was moving the company to a higher level on the OTC market and hopefully to another market. Getting it to the QX doesnt seem like much to us but to investors it means a great deal. At least they have a plan of action and a strong vision for the future. Management continues to try and reduce inherited debt. At least they are trying to correct this problem.

I invested in this stock a while back with the intention of speculation. Not of what it will be tomorrow or the next day but, what it could be in a year. I still believe this company has a great opportunity to capitalize on the current administrations and global focus.
