How does any of that change the fact that Jim has lost confidence in the OTC market. He is scared of the shorts, and not willing to do what it takes to move up the OTC ladder of respectability.

Does that make sense to anyone? I am not bashing, I am just looking at what Jim states about the cost of working on stock value. If he really thinks OTC is corrupt, which I tent to agree, what is he going to do about it?
